Dr. JivanJoti has been counseling others for much of her life. She utilizes many techniques in her sessions, depending upon the abilities, needs and interests of the client. Whenever possible, she incorporates breathing, yoga, meditation, visualization, trance techniques along with talk therapy and home practices. Many clients also come to her yoga classes in person and on zoom
In her long practice, Dr. JivanJoti has treated many populations for a variety of conditions. Most recently, she is focusing on issues of aging, end of life concerns, and grief and loss.
Dr. JivanJoti has noticed that with every emotional condition, there is usually a physical complaint and vice versa. For this reason, she also uses Sat Nam Rasayan Healing® modalities to help reduce any resistance and to assist the physical and emotional healing process. Occasionally she uses Sat Nam Rasayan® to experience a state to unlock deeper subconscious patterns and release trauma.
